Welcome Back, Welcome Back, Welcome Bacccck

For the miniscule amount of you who humor me by reading this blog, I would like to take the time to apologize for not having updated this in over two months. School has sucked out all of my energy. And you would THINK that I would have plenty to write about. And I'm sure I do because occasionally something will happen and I'll be like, "Dang I need to put that on my blog." But it is almost 10am in the morning, I've been up since 6:30, went to bed at 2, haven't had more than 20 hours in the past 7 days. Needless to say, I'm runnin on fumes yall. Bear with me. But I'm bored at work, sooooo I'm blogging. Cuz i just checked my acct. and it's negative which means I can't shop online. Note to self: post rant about Bank of Cunthood. Ahem. I mean Bank of America.

One of the things that has been on my mind is drama. Not necessarily personal drama or anything like that, but just drama in general. It thrives on college campuses. I am a person who avoids drama like the plague but it always manages to get me somehow. I think that if I were a quieter person who wasn't so opinionated and would quit walkin around not givin an eff, I'd probably be a lot more successful at avoiding drama. But. I do not anticipate that happening in the near future. Oh wells.

(now see here, this is unnecessary)

Now here's what gets me about drama. I don't care what anyone says, if there's a drama situation, BOTH sides contributed to it. There are always gonna be lies, manipulation, deceipt, etc. Anybody who tells you that they have never lied or twisted the truth is lying and is probably the biggest antagonizer of drama that you've ever seent. That's what irks me. Lookahere, we've all done things we're not proud of. It's called living life. But if you will not own up to your mistakes, then I cannot respect you as a person. One thing that I make a conscious effort to do is admit when I'm wrong, apologize, and try and rectify the situation. People who do not do that...I just cannot be in their presence.

Now some may be reading this and be like what set Ashley off (or you might be thinking this is the most incoherent thing uve ever read - fair enough. i can barely keep my eyes open right nows). Nothing has set me off, I've just been observing a lot. It's sad and pathetic that people can't let go of drama or that they thrive on it for stupid reasons.

So here's my thing for the day. Let things go. If you can't talk about it with the person. If you can't do that, fine. But do not do things to antagonize the situation or things that may be PERCEIVED as antagonizing the situation. You'll be better for it if you just walked away.
